Q: Why always leaks out water from the spout when turn on?
A: This is the automatic self-cleaning function, the machine will do this operation when the machine starts up.
Q: How to deal with the stuck brew unit?
A: 1. Please try to restart the machine. 2. Please try a bit harder to push it into the original position, there will be a "ka" sound if it is in the right position.
Q: Why can't coffee flow out/only come out with hot water?
A: The grinder grinds too much coffee, or the coffee bean is too fine.
Please adjust the grinding setting knob, to adjust the powder to the thickest or least level. We suggest to check your waste bin, if the powder particles are large, adjust it to fine; if the powder particles are small, adjust it to coarse.
1. Please check if the coffee beans used before are too oily, the grinder may get stuck, please clean it up and try again.
2. Please open the bean container cover, and then make a cup of coffee, check if the beans become less, and the grinder is spinning. If so, please check 3.
3. Please adjust the grinding setting knob(in the bean container), turn to clockwise for coarse grinding; also set the bean quantity into 1 mol, and try to make a cup of coffee again, see if coffee comes out.
